Aus won the low scoring T-20 by 2 runs!

Pakistan almost won the game, but lost by 2 runs in a low scoring T-20 match. After winning the toss Australia selected to bat first. But they manages to score only 127 runs in the board. David Hussey took the roll of giving lead in the front. He scored 40* from 31 balls. While Captain Michael Clarke scored 32 runs also. Pakistani pace bowler Umar Gul took 3 wickets while Shoaib Malik took 2.

In reply Pakistan was loosing wickets in regular interval. Kamran Akmal kept one side but did not get a good partner. He scored 64 runs from 33 deliveries and his brother Umar Akmal scored 21 runs. Another double figured player was a bowler! Umar Gul scored 10! And none of the others managed to score a double figure! They lost 9 wickets in 20 overs scoring 2 runs short from 127 runs! Australian opening bowler Shaun Tait, the Man of the Match today, took 3 wickets for 13 runs in his 4 overs.

AUS 80 runs lead in 2nd inn | 2 wkt in hand

In the 3rd day of 2nd test in Sydney Pakistan lost their 10th wicket early adding only 2 runs with previous day's score. They are all out for 333 run in their first innings. Bollinger took the wicket of Kaneria. His final figure was 4/72.

In second innings batting Australia opener Shane Watson scored a solid 97 run with missing another hundred here. Michael Hussey played the innings through. He scored 73 not out at the day end. Phillip Hughes, another opener, scored 37 runs the 3rd highest of the innings so far. Among the pakistani bowler Kaneria is most successful, who was wicket less in first innings, he took 4 wickets for 117 runs. And Gul took 3 wickets.

Pakistan took 204 runs lead in fist innings

After winning the toss Ricki Ponting decided to bat first, which was a bad decision. Pakistani Bowler Asif took 6 wickets, his career best, in the first innings and bound Australia in 127 runs in first innings, which is a rare case now a days for Australia in Test Cricket. Australian Mitchell Johnson is the highest scorer. He scored 38 run. Pakistani opening bowler Mohammad Sami took first 3 wickets and then Mohammad Asif did the devastation. 

In reply Pakistan scored 331 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in the first innings at the end of the day 2. Salman Butt scored, the highest scorer of the match, 71 runs, while another opener Imran Farhat scored 53 runs. And Umar Akmal made a quick 49 runs from 48 balls. Bollinger was the most successful among the Australian bowlers, he took 3 wickets. After 2nd day of 2nd test Pakistan leads 204 runs in first innings with one wicket in hand.

Pakistan 223/10 in first inn of 3rd Test

After winning the toss Pakistan selected to bat first in the 3rd test match against New Zealand. But New Zealand bowler OBrien made the devastating. He took 4 top order batsman and Pakistan finally manages to get 223 for all out.

Pakistan: 1st inn. 233 (Irman Farhat 117*, Gul 24, Aamer 23, OBrein 4/35, Tuffey 4/52).

Day-1 II 1st Test II Pak vs NZ II NZ 276/6

In the first day of first test match betwen Pakistan and New Zealand, Pakistan won the toss and invited New Zealand bat first. Pakistani opening bowler Mohammad Aamer took the wicket of Tim McIntosh in the very first ball of the day. Another opening bowler Mohammad Asif took the wicket of Daniel Flynn when the scoreboard was in 27! Pakistani pace bowlers gave a good start.

But New Zealand batsman Ross Taylor and Guptill made a good partnership of 117 runs and rebuilt the innings from this stage. Ross Taylor just missed a test century. He scored 94, while Guptill 60 runs.

At the end of the day Daniel Vettori (40*) and Brendon McCullum (25*) was batting. Pakistani bowler Mohammad Asif took 3 wickets for 76 and Mohammad Aamer took 2 wickets for 62 runs.

Pakistan vs New Zealand 3rd ODI in Abu Dhabi

New Zealand won the Cool & Cool Cup 2009 in Abu Dhabi. In the third and final match New Zealand won by 7 runs in Monday.

New Zealand won the toss and elected to bat first and set target of 212 runs for Pakistan. Though Pakistan has a good start, but they lost 9 wickets while the score board is on 101. But the number 10 and number 11 batsman Mohammad Aamer and Sayed Azmal made a partnership of 103 runs and very close to the dramatic victory. Number 10 batsman Mohammad Aamer created history in Abu Dhabi. He scored maiden half-century (73 not out from 81 balls). This is the highest run by number 10 batsman in all One Day International. The previous record belongs to D. Marilliar of Zimbabwe, who scored 56* against India in 2001. The number 11 batsman Azmal scored 33, while the third highest (25 runs) of the innings came from the opener Salman Butt’s bat! New Zealand bowler Jacob Oram was fantastic with his bowling figure (9.1-2-20-3).

Earlier New Zealand were all out in 46.3 overs for 211 runs. Branden McCullum was the highest scorer. He scored 76 runs from 78 balls. Pakistani bowler Azmal took 4 wickets for 33 runs.

3rd ODI PAK vs NZ: NZ-211/10

New Zealand started well with a good opening partnership of 72 runs. McCullam, scored century in last match, scored 76, the highest among the others. Ross Tailor score 44. They faced pace bowlers comfortably while Pakistani spin bowlers done the devastating. Pakistani bowler S. Azmal took 4 wicket for 33 runs. Finally New Zealand managed to score 211 runs for the loss of all wickets in 46.3 overs. Now Pakistan need 212 runs to win the series.

Pak vs NZ: series 1-1: McCullum struck his second hundred

In the second ODI in Abu Dhabi, New Zealand won the match and back to the series 1-1. The third and final match of the series will be held in 9th Nov.

Batting first New Zealand lost their Redmond while the score is 21, but in second wicket McCullum and Guptil scored 126 partnership. McCullum scored 131 while Guptill 62. McCullum played a brilliant innings and scored his second ODI century in his 164th match. Finally New Zealand managed to score 303 in 50 overs for the loss of 8 wickets. Among the Pakistani Bowlers Shahid Afridi was most successfull (10-0-49-2).

In reply, Pakistan were all out in 47.2 overs scoring 239 runs. Sulman Butt, highest scorer, manages to score 59 runs before run out. New Zealand Bowler Styris got 3 wickets for 23 runs. Ummer Akmal was not listed for this 2nd ODI.

Now the series is 1-1 between two teams.
