In the 1st test of Sri Lanka and India, India kept their score in a zenith. They were all out at the scoring 642 runs.
After a flying start Indian Most Exclusive batsman Rahul Dravid scored, his 28th Test Hundred and back to back against Sri Lanka, 144 runs from 226 balls. Two opening batsman Gautam Gambhir and Virender Sehwag made a great 233 runs partnership. Gautam Gambhir scored 167 runs while Virender Sehwag scored 131 runs. Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar scored 40 runs while Yuvraj Singh scored 67 runs from 105 runs.
Sri Lankan bowler Rangana Herath took 5 wickets for 121 runs and helped to all out Indian team scoring under 650 runs.
